Our firm performs forensic expert work in economic fields; it is a registered forensic expert company under number 010841.
Official appointments come principally from the courts, the prosecution service, investigating authorities, administrative bodies, arbitration tribunals and other authorities defined by law. In such cases we answer the questions put by the body conducting the proceedings, under the rules of that procedure.
Under a contract of engagement we also undertake to prepare private expert opinions for litigation and out-of-court proceedings. Two factors determine the usability of an expert opinion above all: the precise formulation of the expert question and the availability of the documents needed to answer it. We assist with both before the work begins.
